1. Reporting Damages, Shortages & Non-Delivery
Damaged or short deliveries must be reported within 3 working days of receipt of goods.
Non-delivery of goods must be reported within 14 days from the invoice date.
All notifications must be sent by email to sales@speedy-products.co.uk.
Failure to notify within these timeframes may result in the claim being rejected.
2. Unwanted Stock Returns
Requests to return unwanted stock items must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.
Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.
All return requests must be submitted by email to sales@speedy-products.co.uk.
3. Return Authorisation Process
All returns require prior authorisation.
Retailers must email sales@speedy-products.co.uk detailing the item(s) to be returned.
If approved, Speedy Products will issue return authorisation confirmation, which must accompany the returned goods.
Unannounced or unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
4. Condition of Returned Goods
Speedy Products reserves the right to reduce the value of any credit issued depending on the condition of returned goods.
Returned items must be unused, in resaleable condition, and in original packaging where possible.
5. Return Costs
Goods are returned at the Retailer’s own cost, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refused deliveries will incur an automatic return charge of £15 + VAT, invoiced to the customer account.
6. Own Brand and Made to Measure Products
Own Brand and Made to Measure goods are non-returnable, except where received damaged.
These products are personalised and excluded from the 14-day return allowance.
The correct authorisation process must still be followed.
7. Internet Order Returns
Internet orders purchased via www.speedy-products.co.uk may be returned within 28 days of purchase.
Retailers must obtain authorisation confirmation before returning goods.

Returns are only accepted for orders placed directly through the Speedy Products website.
8. Excess or Incorrect Quantities
Delivery of quantities up to ±5% of the ordered amount does not entitle the Retailer to reject the goods.
A pro-rata invoice adjustment will be made once notified.
9. Refusal or Failure to Accept Delivery
Failure to accept delivery may result in:
Storage charges
Re-delivery charges
Insurance costs
Goods not accepted within 10 business days may be resold or disposed of, with costs deducted from any refund due.
