Carriage paid details

  • England & Wales Zone A - £15 delivery charge for orders under £250 exc VAT.  Free delivery on orders over £250 exc VAT.
  • Central belt Scotland Zone B- £18 delivery charge for orders under £250 exc VAT. Free delivery on orders over £250 exc VAT.
  • Scottish Highlands Zone C - £33 delivery charge for orders under £250 exc VAT. Free delivery on orders over £250 exc VAT.
  • Northern Ireland Zone D - Commercial deliveries £37 + £30 declaration tax for orders under £300.  Free delivery on orders over £300 exc VAT.  £30 declaration tax still applies if carriage paid.  Our distribution partner Star Curtains now deal with any domestic deliveries in Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.  Commercial deliveries may also be arranged via Star Curtains if preferred.  Tel: 00353 140 181 40 Email: sales@starwindows.ie

  • Isle of Wight Zone F - £37 delivery charge for orders under £300 exc VAT. Free delivery on orders over £300 exc VAT.
  • Offshore Channel Islands, Scottish Isles & Isle of Man Zone G - £60 delivery charge for orders under £500 exc VAT. Free delivery on orders over £500 exc VAT.  We do not offer domestic deliveries to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
For customers in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland there are new charges involved, with regards to custom declarations, which are not covered by the standard carriage paid pricing.  Please contact our customer service/sales team for any required information.

Delivery Problems

All short deliveries and damages must be informed within 3 working days of receiving the delivery.  Where there have been damages we ask that you provide an image of the damage so we may raise the issue with the courier service.  It is very important to sign for deliveries as damaged.  Non deliveries of goods must be notified within 14 days.  Where goods have been sent in error we will endeavour to send out replacements immediately.  If you ordered the incorrect items by mistake please refer to our returns information.
