England & Wales – Free delivery over £160, under £15.00 carriage charge.
Central Belt Scotland - Free delivery over £160, under £18.00 carriage charge.
Scottish Highlands - Free delivery over £200, under £33.00 carriage charge.
Northern Ireland – Free delivery over £200, under £67 carriage charge (including the £30 charge) & a £30 charge applied for orders over the £200 carriage paid to cover the customs admin charges*
Republic of Ireland – Free delivery over £200, under £110 carriage charge (including the £70 charge) & a £70 charge applied for orders over the £200 carriage paid to cover the customs admin charges*
Offshore (Channel Islands, Scottish Isles & Isle of Man) Free delivery over £360, under £45 carriage charge.
Isle of Wight – Free delivery over £200, under £37 carriage charge.

*For customers in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland there are new charges involved, with regards to custom declarations, which are not covered by the standard carriage paid pricing.  Please contact our customer service/sales team for any required information.

Delivery Problems

All short deliveries and damages must be informed within 3 working days of receiving the delivery.  Where there have been damages we ask that you provide an image of the damage so we may raise the issue with the courier service.  It is very important to sign for deliveries as damaged.  Non deliveries of goods must be notified within 14 days.  Where goods have been sent in error we will endeavour to send out replacements immediately.  If you ordered the incorrect items by mistake please refer to our returns information.
