"Bought a Speedy Cassette Roman blind recently and get it all installed. Made a schoolboy error cutting the chain then realising that I'd used the connector supplied overlooking the fact that it would not go round the top of the ratchet. Completely my fault. Spoke on the phone with a lovely lady called Nicky who sorted my problem by sending , next day, a complete circular chain, exact length required to get me out of jail. Ordering, etc via internet these days is great but when it comes to customer service, you can't beat actually speaking to a human! Nicky told me she'd been with Speedy for 31 years - I can see why, don't ever let her go to the competition! She was great, we had a chuckle and whatever you're paying her, it's not enough.
